Treasure Garage Bali: Rental Rules and Guidelines
1. Eligibility for Rental
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Present a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Provide a credit card for a security deposit.
2. Reservation and Rental Period
- Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rental period options: full-day, or multiple days.
- Late returns will incur additional charges.
3. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
- The amount will vary based on the item rented.
- The deposit will be refunded upon return of the item in its original condition.
4. Use of Equipment
- Equipment should be used responsibly and within the guidelines provided.
- Misuse or abuse of equipment is prohibited.
- Report any malfunctions or issues immediately.
5. Liability and Insurance
- Renters are responsible for any damage or loss of the item during the rental period.
- Optional insurance is available for an additional fee.
- The renter agrees to indemnify and hold Treasure Garage Bali harmless from any claims related to the rented item.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for early returns.
7. Prohibited Uses
- The rented items must not be used for illegal activities.
- Subleasing or lending the rented items to others is not permitted.
8. Return of Items
- All items must be returned clean and in the same condition as when rented.
- Any items returned damaged or extremely dirty will result in additional fees.
9. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected will be used solely for rental purposes and not shared with third parties.
10. Agreement to Terms
- By renting from Treasure Garage Bali, the renter agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
